The Cafe
|
|
Kaffa is a hybrid – somewhere in between a cool fair trade coffee
shop and a traditional Ethiopian restaurant. It’s an all-purpose spot
to eat, work, hang out with friends, and find entertainment (art
shows, music, etc.).
Coffee lovers, vegans, and carnivores are welcome.

Legend has it coffee was first discovered in 850
A.D. by a goat herder in KAFFA, a region in Southwestern Ethiopia. Our
café pays tribute to KAFFA by recognizing its rightful place in coffee
history. The word CROSSING is symbolic of our coffee shop — a meeting
place where people from different cultures cross paths, exchange ideas
and share common experiences while sipping coffee and grabbing a bite. |

A big
thumbs up for this hands-on Ethiopian food, ringing with exotic homeland
spices, a West Philly adventure-eating must.
